Sample costs vary by garment complexity, ranging from $30-$100 per sample. Sample fees are typically refundable against bulk production orders.

Shipping: Samples are sent via DHL/FedEx (3-5 days international delivery). Shipping costs are borne by the client.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer flexible payment structures depending on order size and client relationship:

  • New Clients: Typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
  • Established Clients: Can negotiate terms like 50/50 or LC (Letter of Credit)
  • Payment Methods: Bank wire transfer (T/T), LC at sight, PayPal (for small amounts)
